Why take a chance on using cheap, unqualified labour?

Company owners are now liable for failures resulting in breaches of a duty of care under the Corporate Manslaughter & Corporate Homicide Act 2007 meaning company directors could face prison sentences if things go seriously wrong – so why take a chance?

All members of our assembly teams are highly trained and skilled employees of this Company and fully trained to work within the requirements of The Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) and The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations (1999).
